MEN Sport understand the Welsh midfielder is one of four U23s players currently being considered for a loan exit this summer, along with Ethan Galbraith, Matej Kovar and Di'Shon Bernard.
Levitt, 20, struggled during an initial loan spell with Charlton Athletic last season before making the bold decision to move to Croatian side NK Istra back in February.
