Jessica Camilleri, 27, is accused of stabbing her mother Rita, 57, more than 100 times before her decapitated head was found on the footpath outside the Sydney home.
Rita's mutilated body was found on the kitchen floor when emergency services arrived to the bloody scene. The jury heard a phonecall made by Camilleri to a neighbour asking them to call police and an ambulance.
