Police were called the The Park on Moorcroft Road in Northern Moor at about 6.30pm on Monday as lockdown rules were eased, allowing people to drink inside licensed premised rather just outside.
Officers were responding to a large group of people fighting. One woman was taken to hospital with minor injuries. A spokesman for Greater Manchester Police confirmed officers were called to reports of a disturbance at the pub.
They added that there appeared to have been 'a large group fighting'. "No arrests and one woman taken to hospital with what appear to be minor injuries," said the spokesman.
