Amanda Louise Holden (born 16 February 1971) is an English media personality, actress, television presenter, singer, and author. She has judged on the television talent show competition Britain's Got Talent since the show began its run in 2007 on ITV. As an actress, Holden played the role of Mel in Kiss Me Kate (1998–2000), Geraldine Titley in The Grimleys (1999-2001), Sarah Trevanion in Wild at Heart (2006–2008), Lizzie, the Ring Mistress, in Big Top (2009), and the title role in Thoroughly Modern Millie, for which she was nominated for a Laurence Olivier Award.

editing photos can affect people's mental health.She said that her mum was surprised to witness a stranger taking a photo of themselves before editing it and changing parts of their body.In her post, Caroline explained: "I had to explain that editing pictures is so common, you really never know if what you're looking at is real or fake anymore, and that is damaging."If you're consistently tweaking your pictures, then you're conditioning yourself to never feel like enough."Your in-real-life self will never measure up in your mind AND you tank your confidence even more when you think that people only like this edited online version of you." To go alongside the story, Caroline posted two versions of the same photo, one of which had been edited.

On the photos, she wrote "don't compare yourself to people who don't exist".She followed the photos with optimistic, uplifting quotes that said "everything that you are is enough" and "less perfection more authenticity".The influencer ended the post with some advice for her followers.
