She knew what Piette was doing to her was wrong, but he terrified her with threats, and would regularly unleash a tirade of physical abuse on her mum.
It took 2 years before her mum ended the violent relationship, and the pair were able to live in safety, until Piette took his revenge.
On January 31 1997, evil Piette abducted Rosalynn from school and went on the run with the now 12-year-old. The pair travelled to Wagoner in Oklahoma and Piette forced Rosalynn to marry him in a fake wedding to make it clear that she belonged to him now.
