A woman has been charged with the murder of a pensioner and the attempted murder of three other people following a stabbing frenzy at a village Co-op.
South Wales Police have confirmed the defendant, Zara Anne Radcliffe will appear before Cardiff Magistrates Court today. She is charged with the murder of pensioner John Rees, 88, who was fatally stabbed in a Co-op in Wales with four others injured on Tuesday.
Rees had been shopping with his wife when he was knifed in the aisle of the supermarket in the village of Pen-y-Graig, Rhondda, south Wales.
Welsh police released a statement on Facebook last night and said: "Zara Anne Radcliffe will appear before Cardiff Magistrates Court tomorrow (Thursday 7th May) charged with the murder of 88
