‘Whole thing feels dodgy’ Kirstie Allsopp scammed after losing ‘extremely valuable' item

Kirstie Allsopp, 49, has shared her struggles with her 424,000 Twitter followers this morning after a series of unfortunate events saw her losing a valuable item and getting scammed while trying to retrieve it.The star revealed she had paid $34.99 to try and recover her possessions from an airport in Nice, France, only to realise the company she went through wasn’t genuine.Kirstie opened up on the frustrating situation and asked her fans for their advice.She penned: “Yesterday was scammed by @InstafileR I lost something at @AeroportNice and when I googled “lost property Nice airport” Instafile came up. “I paid $34.99 for their service but in fact Troov (not on Twitter interestingly) are the official lost property partners of Nice.
