Amanda Louise Holden (born 16 February 1971) is an English media personality, actress, television presenter, singer, and author. She has judged on the television talent show competition Britain's Got Talent since the show began its run in 2007 on ITV. As an actress, Holden played the role of Mel in Kiss Me Kate (1998–2000), Geraldine Titley in The Grimleys (1999-2001), Sarah Trevanion in Wild at Heart (2006–2008), Lizzie, the Ring Mistress, in Big Top (2009), and the title role in Thoroughly Modern Millie, for which she was nominated for a Laurence Olivier Award.

Naked Attraction; we all get it. But how many of us would dare to bare all in front of the nation?The Channel 4 dating series is back for its 10th season, bringing a new line-up of contestants front and centre as they strip down and show the goods.Airing at 10pm tonight (September 1) on the broadcaster, the show will once again be raising a few questions, and eyebrows, with viewers.Thanks to one former contestant, we know some of the ins and outs of the programme.From long production days, to standing naked for hours on end, it is a strange day when you turn up to film.Strangest of all is who gets paid for their time, and it isn't who you think.

In a revealing interview with iNews, former contestant Gavin dropped a few truth-bombs surrounding the production schedule.Firstly, don't expect a lie-in the day you arrive, as filming starts as early as 7am.Gavin said: “It’s a long day.

They start filming at seven o’clock and I went in really hungover to the studios down in Manchester. They do some hair and makeup and then you get to meet the people you’re up against.”Filming has been known to take around 12 hours as well, with contestants naked for the bulk of that time too, according to the Huffington Post.Prepare for a dead leg as well, because if you are chosen to go up into one of those boxes, you'll be standing for many, many hours.Gavin added: “You’ve got about two hours of standing in a box until it all starts.

It ended up being from seven in the morning to three in the afternoon to film half an hour of television."They come round and take loads of pictures for the mash-ups.
