Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool are on the brink of winning the club’s first Premier League title, but Brendan Rodgers came agonisingly close to beating him to it.
Rodgers’ side finished just two points behind champions Manchester City in 2013/14, having led the way until the final week of the season.
The Northern Irishman did not win a trophy at Anfield and was replaced by Klopp following a poor start to the 2015/16 campaign.
Rodgers, who is now in charge of Leicester Leicester City, bought 32 players during his three and a quarter years on Merseyside.
