Simon Phillip Cowell (born 7 October 1959) is an English television personality, businessman and record executive. He has judged on the British television talent competition series Pop Idol (2001–2003), The X Factor (2004–2010, 2014–present) and Britain's Got Talent (2007–present), and the American television talent competition series American Idol (2002–2010), The X Factor (2011–2013), and America's Got Talent (2016–present). Cowell is the principal, founder and chief executive of the British entertainment company Syco.

Westlife team up with music pros behind Lady Gaga and Ariana Grande hits for new track

Westlife have worked with the team behind some of the music world's biggest hits for their new track Alone Together.The Irish boy band's track was co-written by the group and international music producer Rami Yacoub, who has a record of making big hits with music icons such as Lady Gaga and Ariana Grande.Talking about their new track and their upcoming arena tour, band member Mark Feehily told Daily Star. "2022 is going to be Wetslife's biggest year yet and it is great to get going with the release of this new single. "We're super proud of it."It has been amazing to be part of writing Alone Together and working with such distinguished music producers.

The entire album has been a massive success."We are now getting ready for an epic show at Wembley Stadium on 6 August and then onto a huge arena tour. "It has been a tough couple of years for us and other musicians with the pandemic causing us to postpone things so we're really going to make up for it on this tour."We're preparing something really special for fans in the UK and Ireland.
