A West Lothian woman has shaved her hair off to raise money for the hospital staff who treated her mum for Covid-19.Lee Anne MacGregor, from Broxburn, watched on for the past six weeks as her mum, Dawne MacGregor, battled the contagion at St John’s Hospital.Dawne was admitted to hospital on April 7 with some of the symptoms and after testing positive for the virus has been at the hospital ever since.Lee Anne explained: “My mum already has health complications, like a heart issue, so it has been a worrying time.“She was admitted to ICU really fast and then put on a ventilator and sedated for three weeks so she was really unwell. “Thankfully she now seems to be recovering and was moved into a general ward yesterday and has been cleared of
