West Brom change women's shorts colour to help players during their periods

West Brom Women have decided to change the colour of the shorts to help players during menstruation cycles.The move comes after the Lionesses, who wear white shorts, raised similar issues with Nike last year - before they lifted the Euro 2022 trophy.

Now WBA Women will wear navy shorts with their home shirts, moving away from their previous, lighter-coloured garments.The move was made to make the colour change for the rest of this season and beyond after a “full consultation” with the squad.
