The Welsh government has published its own plan for exiting lockdown. First minister of Wales Mark Drakeford has revealed a 'traffic light' system which will determine how the nation eases its lockdown restrictions.
The document, titled 'Unlocking our society and economy: continuing the conversation', is "part of a cautious, coherent approach to easing lockdown", according to a Welsh Government statement.
The government has not published any dates of when restrictions may be lifted, but has outlined what might happen first, Wales Online reports. “Once you provide a date, people get fixated with a date rather than with a process you have to go through to make sure that it is then safe to take those measures,” Mr Drakeford said.
