Boris Johnson has said he has hoped that Britain will return to normal by Christmas as he announced all the ways lockdown will ease.
Alongside announcing an additional £3 billion in funding for the NHS and an ambitious new testing target, Mr Johnson revealed all the ways in which lockdown would be eased again in order to try and jumpstart Britain's economy.
Local authorities will also have more powers to impose local coronavirus lockdowns from Saturday, Mr Johnson said.
