The substitution meant that Patrice Evra would slot into left-back, but ex-striker Berbatov then had to play in centre-back.

Love it.” And one more commented: “Berbatov playing centre half is very odd to see.”Some were quite literally dumbfounded by seeing the former Tottenham striker, who scored 94 goals in his time in the Premier League, limited to playing in defence.
