Manchester United favourite Dimitar Berbatov admits the chant supporters created for him during his memorable spell at Old Trafford made him feel 'uncomfortable'.
Berbatov played 148 games for United between 2008 and 2012, scoring 56 goals and creating 26 more. His elegance, technical brilliance and laid-back style made Berbatov a real hit with the United faithful, while the 41-year-old also made a welcome return to the club this month for the Legends of the North against Liverpool.
Berbatov won two English league titles but wasn't necessarily comfortable with the limelight. During an interview with club media, Berbatov said: "I heard it [the song United fans would chant for him] but, to be honest, in every club I was, there was a song [for me].
It's going to sound strange probably, but I felt uncomfortable and I don't know why. READ MORE: Manchester United might already have their back-up option for Cristiano Ronaldo "It made me feel when I was hearing it, please don't sing it.
