He owned the Miss Universe and Miss USA beauty pageants from 1996 to 2015, and produced and hosted The Apprentice, a reality television show, from 2003 to 2015. Bloomberg reporter Jennifer Jacobs tweeted Donald Trump's second in command was quarantining. Pence has repeatedly tested negative, including on Sunday,for COVID-19, the respiratory disease caused by the novel coronavirus, the tweet added.
The White House did not immediately respond to a request for comment, according to Reuters. It comes after a source close to the matter claimed earlier in the day that the Trump administration had no plans to keep the president and Pence apart.
