TUI has extended its suspension of holidays for UK customers to Portugal. Brits hoping to get away for a summer holiday in the sun are out of luck as the tour operator has announced it won't be travelling there until August 16.
The Foreign Office is continuing to advise against all non-essential travel to Portugal, as all passengers must self-isolate for 14 days once back in the UK to avoid community transmission of coronavirus.
TUI says will "continue to review its holiday programme in line with UK Government advice". It had previously extended its suspension of holidays to mainland Spain until August 17, and the Balearic Islands and Canary Islands until August 10.
