Two attorneys representing the Trump campaign's legal battle in Pennsylvania have pulled out of a federal lawsuit filed on behalf of the campaign.
U.S. District Judge Matthew W. Brann on Friday granted Porter Wright Morris & Arthur attorneys Carolyn McGee's and Ronald Hicks' motion to withdraw from a lawsuit filed Monday alleging "irregularities" affecting the 2020 presidential election. "Plaintiffs and Porter Wright have reached a mutual agreement that plaintiffs will be best served if Porter Wright withdraws," the motion reads.
