Tory MPs voted to restore international law breaking measures to a controversial Brexit bill - despite Boris Johnson claiming he was 'prepared' to u-turn on them.
Earlier, the Government issued a statement indicating the PM is prepared to climbdown on the plans if there's progress on the Brexit trade deal this week.
But shadow business secretary Ed Miliband warned MPs not to take the Prime Minister's commitment on the issue for granted, given his Government's "word is not their bond" and it has shown a willingness to "rip up" international law.
The UK Internal Market Bill sets out the way that trade within the UK will work once it is outside the EU's single market and customs union.
