Caroline Louise Flack (born 9 November 1979) is an English radio and television presenter. She began her career as an actress, starring in Bo' Selecta! in 2002 and has since presented various ITV2 spin-off shows such as I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! NOW! from 2009 until 2010 and The Xtra Factor from 2011 until 2013. Flack won the twelfth series of Strictly Come Dancing in 2014 and the following year began presenting main series such as Love Island and The X Factor replacing long-standing presenter Dermot O'Leary.

Olly Murs, 35, has revealed his The Voice co-star Sir Tom Jones, 79, “wasn’t himself” following a hip injury.The Dance With Me Tonight hitmaker explained how he and his fellow coaches on the ITV show, including Tom, will.i.am and Meghan Trainor, support each other during hard times.

Opening up about how the stars helped him when he returned to work following the death of his friend and former co-presenter Caroline Flack, he told OK!

Magazine: “Me coming back to work this week, seeing Tom and the other coaches was definitely something that I feel I needed.“And that’s across the board for all of us.
