Tipping Point host Ben Shephard has paid tribute to a contestant on Wednesday's episode (May 4) who has died.Posting to Twitter ahead of the show airing, Ben revealed that one of the quiz programme's three players - retired school bus driver Cath from Bolton - has sadly passed away since recording the episode.He later sent love to her family and friends.Posting a picture of himself with Cath on social media, Ben wrote: "Today's Tipping Point is a poignant one… since recording the show, lovely contestant Cath, pictured backstage here, has passed away."Our thoughts and love are with her family and friends."Posting their own responses to Cath's untimely passing, Tipping Point viewers also shared their condolences.
