Timothy Fosu-Mensah is mulling over his Manchester United future after he was offered a new three-and-a-half year deal. The defender's current contract runs out in the summer and he is attracting interest from abroad.
Marseille and Hertha Berlin are both keen on the 22-year-old who could be available for a small compensation in six months time.
Both clubs are prepared to pay a small fee in January if it means fending off the competition however, reports Sky Sports. United want to retain Fosu-Mensah's services and have tabled fresh terms that would keep him at Old Trafford until 2024.
The defender has barely featured this term with his sole Premier League outing coming against Crystal Palace on the opening weekend.
