Prosecutor Richard Edwards said neighbours saw Pritchard being "abusive and manic" outside one of their houses.The prosecutor said Pritchard alleged one of his neighbours was a drug addict and referenced a shotgun.He said the neighbours, who were two women, were told by Pritchard: "Watch what happens.
Watch what I'm going to get from my flat."The court was told how one of the women was hosting a children’s party which had kids aged from one to nine years old.When the woman returned to her back garden, she spotted Pritchard again.The prosecutor said: "She saw the defendant standing on the pavement at the front of her house."She couldn't hear what he was saying but she could tell he was aggressive.
