This Morning's Dr Ranj 'panics' before live TV stints as he admits 'not feeling himself'

This Morning star Dr Ranj revealed his post-Covid symptoms which have left him "going blank" on air.When talking about his role on the ITV show, and his appearances on BBC Morning Live, he said they are very rewarding after hearing fans' reactions to his medical advice.Speaking at the W Channel Spring Launch, to celebrate the Channel moving onto Freeview (Channel 25) and Freesat (Channel 156) from Monday, March 28, Dr Ranj shared his thoughts with the Daily Star.Dr Ranj said: "So, I recently spoke about my experience with Covid, I've had neuropsychological symptoms still I've had brain fog and things like remembering things have become harder."I now get overwhelmed really quickly, when there's a lot going on, and when I get overstimulated and my anxiety goes through the roof and this is not me."This is somebody who's used to doing lots of things all at the same time.

It's taken me a while to realise what's happening. "And since I did the item on Morning Live recently, since we did that, the response we got off that was people saying 'thank you for talking about it, as a doctor,' because nobody really says as a doctor that 'I've got this and I'm suffering from this and letting them know they aren't alone.When talking about the after-effects of Covid and how it's affected him at work, he said it has since made him panic before going on air.He continued: "Yes, totally, absolutely I panic and went blank when I was on air and it actually happened and I genuinely can't find the words sometimes."I felt a little bit silly but a lot of people said 'oh it's nothing to worry about.

I'm trying to cut down on drinking and eat healthier and trying to build my energy up."Dr Ranj also revealed the devastating and emotional effects of.
