When the team at Asda in Swinton found out how much a little boy who is blind loved his regular shopping visits to their store they decided to make his day.
The kind hearted staff gave Jacob Shepherd, who lost his sight aged just 10 months old, his own uniform, lanyard and name badge and even gave him the chance to go on the checkouts and Tannoy.
Jacob, who lost his sight following a brain tumour as a baby, always chats to his favourite colleagues when he comes in twice a week with his mum Emma.
Rachel Howarth, the store's ambient section manager who organised the visit, says Jacob is a "little gem" who everyone at the store is so fond of.
