Michelin-starred north west restaurant Moor Hall has announced its reopening plans.The main restaurant, which holds two stars, and its seven boutique bedrooms will reopen on Wednesday July 22.Customers will have their temperatures taken on arrival, and daily checks will also be carried out on staff.Wine flights have been removed and cutlery for each course will be laid out from the outset of each meal to reduce face-to-face interaction.Tables will be spaced according to the latest Government guidance - the current 2m rule is under review - and can be booked for up to four people.
The private dining room can also accommodate groups of six.The Barn at Moor Hall, its more casual sister site on the same grounds in Aughton, Lancashire, will.
