Thierry Henry has admitted he wanted Liverpool to go unbeaten this season, even though it would have meant them matching Arsenal's standout 'Invincibles' campaign.
The former Arsenal striker formed part of The Gunners' title-winning side of 2003/04, who remain the only team to go an entire Premier League season without losing.
Liverpool looked on course to match that feat this season, having gone 27 games without defeat before suffering a shock 3-0 loss to Watford.
But even though Arsenal's record remains in tact, Henry feels it would have been better for football if Liverpool had followed in their footsteps.
