A luxury boutique hotel is not what you’d expect to come across in the middle of a park in Greater Manchester. But it’s exactly what you’ll find at the heart of Bruntwood Park in Stockport.
Oddfellows On The Park is a five-star hotel in the centre of the 120-acre public park. Its unique setting gives it the atmosphere of a rural retreat, all while being within easy reach of Manchester airport and the city centre.
It’s ideal for those who like a country escape but don’t want to be in the middle of nowhere. It’s run by the same owners as the original Oddfellows in Chester, who renovated the original Victorian building - previously called Bruntwood Hall - and transformed it into a 22-bedroom boutique hotel.
Like its sister hotel it's full of quirky design features, such as a chandelier over the staircase which is made from bike chains.
