The singer also appeared in music-themed sketch about a lovers spat. The Weeknd debuted his new atmospheric song “Scared to Live” with Oneohtrix Point Never during the March 8 episode of Saturday Night Live.
Appearing in a red suit, black gloves and bloody-faced with a bandage over his nose, a look he's adopted in recent videos, the singer also performed his recent single "Blinding Lights," from his upcoming album, After Hours.
This marked the Weeknd's third visit to SNL's Studio 8H. In addition to his musical performances, the singer also appeared in the hilarious sketch "On the Couch," where he teamed up with SNL's Kenan Thompson and Chris Redd for an R&B song about being in the doghouse with their significant others.
