A teacher passionate about making sure all children got access to education died after a "tragic accident" which happened on the evening of her mum's funeral.
Sue Philippart, 61, taught at St Joseph's Primary School in Swansea, south Wales, for 28 years and also gave her time to many charities.
But the gran suffered an accident on the evening of March 10 - which was the evening of her mothers funeral - and died weeks later, reports Wales Online.
