Meghan, Duchess of Sussex (born Rachel Meghan Markle; August 4, 1981) is an American member of the British royal family and former actress.

On Wednesday, the Tallahassee City Commission unanimously passed an ordinance to ban the practice of conversion therapy on minors and vulnerable adults within the city limits.
The ordinance outlaws any licensed therapist from attempting to change the sexual orientation or gender identity of any individual under the age of 18 or any adult in the care or custody of another, regardless of whether the therapist has received monetary compensation to perform such services.
