Johnny Depp's neighbour has claimed that Amber Heard had no marks on her face after an incident where she accused the actor of hitting her.Taking the stand on Wednesday (April 13) the second day of evidence in the defamation case between the two Hollywood stars Isaac Baruch revealed details of an alleged incident on May 21, 2016.Mr Baruch recalled how following an evening out he had arrived home to the penthouse floor of the Eastern Columbia building where Mr Depp, 58, and 35-year-old Ms Heard also lived.He described to the court how he had seen shattered glass on the ground and wine splashed on the walls and pooled on the floor.Concerned at what had happened Baruch claimed he had knocked on the door of another Penthouse, where a friend of Heard’s, Josh Drew, opened the door to him saying it had been a “rough night”.Mr Baruch then told the court in Fairfax, Virginia, that the following morning he saw Heard, Drew, and a man dressed in black talking in the hallway.Asked what had happened, Heard replied: “Johnny came by last night, and he got violent. So I’m changing the locks on [penthouses] 1, 3 and 5.”Baruch said Locksmiths were working on one of the doors at the time and he was asked how the lighting was in the hallway when he saw her and he replied it was bright.He then testified he saw no bruises, redness, or swelling on Heard, and she was not wearing make-up.He told the court: “I say to Amber, 'He hit you?' And she says, 'Yeah, he threw a phone at me, and hit me.' And I go, 'Where?' And she puts her head out, to show me the right eye of her face."I inspect her face.
