Susanna Reid has asked Body Coach Joe Wicks for his best tips and tricks after putting on the "lockdown stone." On today's Good Morning Britain Susanna said she'd put on the weight during the first lockdown, and fears history repeating itself now that the strict regulations are back.
She and co-host Piers Morgan were chatting with Body Coach and lockdown fitness hero Joe Wicks about keeping healthy when she asked him for advice on tackling naughty cravings. "I'm going to be battling with the lockdown stone, it went on during lockdown one," she shared. "I really don't want another one going on during lockdown two.
