Strictly’s Karen Hauer shows off six pack despite gorging on pizza, cheeseburgers and donuts

thesun.co.ukIF there is one person whose six-pack does not come from a fridge, it’s Karen Hauer. The Strictly pro dancer boasts the most famous female abs on telly and has become a gymspiration for her army of fans.
But speaking exclusively to The Sun, Karen, 38, claims her chiselled tummy is all down to good genes. She says: “These abs come from my momma.
I love my doughnuts, pizza and cheeseburgers, but I also eat pretty well too and dance ten hours a day. “My body is like a machine and I treat it as if it’s a car — you’ve got to put the right gas in it to work.” Venezuelan Karen has been a fixture on the BBC1 series for eight years, finishing fourth last time around with comedian Chris Ramsey.
