Strictly Come Dancing's HRVY has been brutally mocked by fans after he made a comment about a sweet gift his primary school teachers sent him.

The 21-year-old YouTuber and singer, took to the dance floor on Saturday night dressed from head to toe as a gnome with partner Janette Manrara in a bid to impress the judges with his Cha Cha.

But unfortunately, Motsi Mabuse, Shirley Ballas and Craig Revel Horwodd all revealed they felt HRVY hadn't performed as well as usual as they said the routine didn't provide "enough content." HRVY and Janette joined host Claudia Winkleman backstage after the couple made it through to next week's show to talk of their success.
