Hollyoaks and Coronation Street star Katie McGlynn has been confirmed as the seventh contestant in this year's Strictly Come Dancing line-up.The announcement was made on BBC Breakfast on Tuesday, presented by Jon Kay and Louise Minchin.Katie made her name appearing as Sinead Tinker on the Coronation Street cobbles, before her character was tragically killed off in a cancer plotline.She then took on the role of Becky Quentin in Channel 4 soap Hollyoaks, along with appearing as Georgina in The Syndicate.But that isn't all, as Katie first popped up as Jodie 'Scout' Allen in Waterloo Road, back in 2011.She will join six other celebrities already confirmed for the line-up, including Dragons' Den star Sara Davies, CBBC presenter Rhys Stevenson,.
