Millie Bobby Brown was all about empowerment as she lifted the lid on new Netflix film, Enola Holmes.The Stranger Things actress switched Hawkins for 19th Century England in the new movie, playing the titular character – aka Sherlock Holmes’ teenage sister.She starred alongside an A-List cast, including Henry Cavill, Sam Claflin, Helena Bonham-Carter.Discussing her turn as the free-spirited super-sleuth, the 16-year-old revealed she wanted young women to feel ‘empowered’ after watching.Chatting away in a video on Netflix’s Film Club YouTube channel, she said: ‘At the beginning of the film, Enola just wants to be loved and looked at as a young woman.‘And at the end of the film, she accepts that it’s actually way better to be who she truly.
