SPRINGWATCH presenter Chris Packham raged 'what the f***?!' after a council mowed down an 11-year-old girl's beloved flowers.
A young nature enthusiast called Isabella Mann wrote to Oxford County Council to ask them not to destroy the Bee and Pyramidal Orchids that she found on a roundabout.
The 11-year-old, who noticed the flowers two years ago, was over the moon after "she thought they had listened" to her request after they were not touched.
But earlier this week she was left devastated when they were mowed down. An ecologist and writer called Hugh Warwick tweeted out about the heartbreaking news, and the TV presenter soon found the post.
