There's no doubting that it's been a rough 10 years for Manchester United. Ever since the great Sir Alex Ferguson left the club, the Reds have struggled to compete with the teams at the top of the table, and now find themselves in need of rebuilding after a severely disappointing season.
A number of managers have come and gone, but now United will hope that Erik ten Hag is the man to lead them back to where they feel they should be.
Work is already underway, with former Spurs, Inter and Brentford attacking midfielder Christian Eriksen likely to join in the coming days, and Ten Hag will also hope to bring in another midfielder alongside him in Frenkie de Jong. But as of now, no deal is in place with Barcelona reportedly looking to keep hold of the influential midfielder. But United seemingly remain hopeful of the move going through.
