The Balearics have been added to the UK's green list for travel from 4am on Wednesday - which means Brits can holiday there without the need for quarantine on return.
But there will be new restrictions for anyone entering Spain from the UK - also from Wednesday - if you are not fully vaccinated.
Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez told radio network Cadena SER that travellers who were not fully vaccinated must have taken a recent negative PCR test.
