Getting to sleep can sometimes be a bit of a nightmare when it seems that the more you try to dose off the less likely it is to happen.
But we need a good night of rest for both our physical and mental health and it can also affect our moods, making the work day feel so much longer.
A lack of good sleep is not uncommon, however, with 48 percent of adults over 18 saying that sleeping badly had a negative effect on their mental health, according to the Mental Health Foundation.
