Why do you think that representation should be prioritized in unscripted programming? As an African American woman, it is incredibly healing and affirming to take a leadership position during a time when women and people of colors’ perspectives and life experiences are at the center of pop culture and social change.
I love the fact that Sirens has always had a history of being face-forward when it comes to trying to be more inclusive and to make sure that the invisible is more visible.
