Simon Cowell
Simon Phillip Cowell (born 7 October 1959) is an English television personality, businessman and record executive. He has judged on the British television talent competition series Pop Idol (2001–2003), The X Factor (2004–2010, 2014–present) and Britain's Got Talent (2007–present), and the American television talent competition series American Idol (2002–2010), The X Factor (2011–2013), and America's Got Talent (2016–present). Cowell is the principal, founder and chief executive of the British entertainment company Syco.

The music mogul was pictured in patterned blue shorts which revealed the scar from his back operation for the first time. The 61-year-old was forced to undergo six hours of surgery in August 2020 after he broke his back in three places following a horror fall from an electric bike.
At the time doctors said he narrowly avoided being paralysed as the breaks missed his spinal cord by just a centimetre. Simon has been recovering during lockdown – and looked to be the picture of health as he vacationed with partner Lauren Silverman and their seven-year-old son, Eric.
