Simon Cowell has unveiled a huge scar down his spine while he was enjoying a relaxing holiday in Barbados. The 61-year-old Britain's Got Talent judge appears to be recovering well from his horrific bike accident over the summer - but emergency surgery has left him with a large scar.

It comes as Simon continues to make good progress amid reports he is even facing gruelling workout sessions and walking around five miles a day.

In the latest snaps taken from Simon's luxury holiday, the music mogul went topless as he got on with some exercise and stretches while on a lavish yacht.

As Simon handled several weights and walked around the boat, the dad of one's enormous scar was visible down the centre of his back.
