Simon Cowell has labelled himself a "nutter" as he breaks his silence on his second horror e-bike crash.The 62-year-old has vowed to wear a helmet from now on as he speaks out for the first time after breaking his arm.The music mogul was rushed to hospital after skidding at 20mph causing him to fly over his handlebars into the middle of the road.Discussing his crash, Simon told the MailOnline: "I'm OK.

I'm feeling much better thank you. It happened just round the corner.“'I'm a bit of a nutter. I'll definitely wear a helmet next time.”The Britain's Got Talent judge was helped by three onlookers who stopped the traffic while an ambulance was on its way to the scene.Simon was rushed to the Chelsea and Westminster hospital and received an X-ray which showed he has fractured his arm.He has since been spotted with his fiancée Lauren Silverman and seven-year-old son Eric as he sported a bright yellow cast.In one snap, Eric can be seen joyfully doodling on the cast as the family spent the day in London.The accident comes just 18 months after he broke his back on an e-bike while in Los Angeles.Simon underwent six hours of surgery which involved having a metal rod put in his back.Speaking on Extra TV last year, Simon said: "It could have been a lot worse.
