lockdown. Sinead Quinn from West Yorkshire was issued her second £10,000 fine on Tuesday for continuing to trade despite being warned several times to close.

Kirklees Council officers visited Quinn Blakey Hairdressers in Oakenshaw near Bradford and found that the business was open and trading, YorkshireLive reports.

A council spokesman said it was "in the process of exploring alternative action" in relation to the salon, adding: "The business was open and trading again so they have been issued with a further £10,000 fine which means the total is now £27,000.
