The COVID-19 lockdown that has left vast swathes of the world locked behind closed doors is continuing to wreak havoc on the world of football.

In Scotland, Hearts and Aberdeen have made public declarations of distress with the Jambos asking their players and staff to take a 50 per cent cut until the situation clears up.

UEFA's aim remains to finish the domestic season by June 30 but that looks increasingly unlikely given the current global outlook.

And they've officially confirmed that the Champions League and Europa League finals will NOT take place in May as planned, with no official date to play them.
