Leonardo DiCaprio surprised fans by arriving in Glasgow for a UN Summit at Glasgow SEC for COP26. Earlier this week, the Hollywood actor sent a message ahead of the conference but didn't mention that he would be attending in person.The 46-year-old environmental activist has worked on a number of documentaries about animal poaching and the environment, and was appointed as a United Nations representative on climate change in 2014.
He wrote on Twitter: "The climate crisis is here. #COP26 must be a turning point to protect people and the planet. "Leaders, the world is watching and urging you to rise to this moment.
