dailyrecord.co.ukPolice in Kinross have issued images of a man they say could hold vital information on incidents they are investigating in the Scots town.Officers have released the pictures in an attempt to trace the individual - and have urged the public to get in touch if they recognise him.
Police are keen to speak to him in connection with an ongoing inquiry into incidents that occurred on the evening of Monday July 26 along the Loch Leven Heritage Trail.
Two incidents took place, one near Sunnypark Golf Club and another at the Kirkgate Park car park, both in Kinross. The CCTV pictures, shared on social media today, show him wearing a dark graphic t-shirt, blue trousers, white trainers, and a dark coloured backpack.
